By executing an agreement with Quality Audio Productions, LLC, you authorize us to provide agreed recording, editing, mixing, mastering, and related production services. This grants Quality Audio Productions, LLC permission to process project files and perform technical adjustments aligned with approved deliverables.
Audio production is an iterative process. Quality Audio Productions, LLC adheres to internal timelines for deliverables such as edits, mixes, masters, and revision rounds. However, we rely on client feedback and source material delivery. You agree to provide timely approvals and files. Any delays caused by the client may push back delivery timelines, for which Quality Audio Productions, LLC is not liable.
Quality Audio Productions, LLC charges project-based or retainer fees for production services. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise outlined in a custom proposal. Failure to remit payment may result in an immediate pause on active work and delivery.
Session & Delivery Costs: The client is solely responsible for agreed session, production, and third-party service costs. Quality Audio Productions, LLC does not front external vendor costs unless explicitly stated in writing.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client retains ownership of finalized deliverables as defined in the project agreement. Quality Audio Productions, LLC retains all intellectual property rights to proprietary templates, workflows, and internal production methodologies.
Quality Audio Productions, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms. By continuing to engage our audio production services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
